Robin Hood in reverse. steal from the poor to give to the rich!!

To date there have been 7 meetings to discuss the Admin reform of 2021, under DG Brennan. The NM package is part of the Admin reform, there is no indication these will be de-coupled.

FFPE representatives at these meetings are Benoit Bams and Sandrine Guibert (our rules expert). Here is our current position:

For the Admin reform as currently presented by the directors – FFPE rejects the entirety of the proposal.

One reason for the rejection is that there is a proposal from management to reward themselves with a monthly allowance, plus putting in place a 1 million Euro per year bonus scheme, while at the same time blocking huge swathes of staff from any future promotions.
