There are information sessions being held by the EUROCONTROL Directors as All Staff Events to debrief the Deloitte report.
Please be advised that only EUROCONTROL Member States can provide a decision upon the completion of the Social Dialogue process. The DG must come to the table of negotiations to discuss any matters related to the conditions of employment, including working conditions, remuneration and other related aspects. All Staff – including non-Union staff – are protected under the Framework Agreement of 10/7/2003 between the Organisation and the Trade Unions of EUROCONTROL.
The DG made clear to Directors not to anticipate any Member States decisions on what to pursue and what not.
DON’T SPEND YOUR ENERGY questioning the Deloitte report. Instead, use these information sessions to ask pertinent questions such as:
- What is the plan concerning promotions for 2021?
- Request that the Agency converts short term contracts of five years into unlimited positions as promised in 2019.
- When will the Covid-19 vaccination be available for all staff?
